December 14 kicked off with a beautiful winter start as we provided ferry service between Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for high school athletics. We transported students, parents, and supporters between the islands throughout the day, keeping schedules on track for game time.
Snow fell steadily for most of the day, making it a true December run, but conditions held well and all scheduled ferry trips were completed as planned. Winds increased into the evening, but our crew was able to safely and efficiently move everyone between the islands without issue.
We’re proud to support inter-island school sports and provide a reliable transportation option when it matters most—especially during challenging winter weather. A great day on the water and a successful day for our crews and the island communities we serve.
