7. Client Property and Equipment
Clients are responsible for all personal property, equipment, cargo, tools, and materials brought aboard Company vessels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Helen H Offshore shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of client-owned property except where caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
